Hello Stonewallers! In the mood to shoot some hoops? Lucky for you, we are happy to announce the launch of a Basketball Pickup League! Registration is now open. Sign up and invite your friends!
Wednesdays from 7-9pm, June 21 to August 23
Tindal Activity Center, 10301 W Seven Mile Rd, Detroit
Cost: Only $5!
Equipment needed: Athletic shoes (Does the venue have special requirements? white soles?)
All skill levels are welcome--just show up and have a good time. As this is a pickup league, players will not be placed on teams ahead of time--you'll be placed on-site each week.
Based on the success of this league, we will be evaluating a more regular, team-based league for this winter. So if you want more Stonewall basketball, please join us and invite your friends. While there's no need to attend every single week, the amount of participation will help us plan moving forward.
